Why does the error message "Copy failed. See Help for details" appear when using Epson TWAIN 5 driver to scan in Copy utility v3.3 of Smart Panel 3.5? (SP035000-EN0006)

The new Copy utility 3.3 was combined Copy utility and Photo Print.
However, it only can appley to new TWAIN driver "Epson Scan" depends on the new printing kernel.
To fix this problem, please click Here to download the Copy utility 3.27 for Epson TWAIN 5 driver.
Note: Before installing Copy utility 3.27, please uninstall the Copy utility 3.3 from Add/Remove program in Control Panel.
Copy utility 3.27 is a standalone program and you can follow the steps to start it directly. 1. Click Start and then point to All Programs. 2. Select Epson Creativity Suite and then click Epson Copy Utility.
