Presto! PageManager 7 Deluxe Now Supports Windows Vista!

Presto! PageManager 7 Deluxe is now available both for PC & Macintosh users. The new version makes it easy to scan, share, and organize your photos and documents. It helps you not only convert piles of papers into organized, digitized files, but also view, edit, send, and back up files in many formats.

The new Presto! PageManager 7 Deluxe provides everyone in his or her organization an efficient way to control and share documents. The Network Group function helps users and their group members send files to each other, as long as everyone in the workgroup is running Presto! PageManager 7 Deluxe.

Besides, it allows users to upload and download files from an FTP server, as well as browse web without leaving PageManager. It also supports SharePoint 2001/2003. With the function, users can upload files to SharePoint 2001/2003 with simple drag-and-drop operations, which provide a method to connect users, knowledge, and information.

Presto! PageManager 7 Deluxe can create PDF files from other formats allowing greater ability to share documents. It can directly convert multiple document and image files that were created in utilities like Microsoft Office and others into a single PDF file, while maintaining the document's original format and layout.

Using "Preview" mode (with file formats listed in the table below) users will no longer need to open documents to see what is contained within - saving time and the frustration of trying to find the right document out of possibly hundreds that could be stored on a hard drive or other location.

It can also play video and audio files in the thumbnail window, and be able to view many different file formats even if the programs that the document was created in, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, have not been installed on the system.

Presto! PageManager 7 Deluxe can also stack files, so that users can group related files without changing their original proprietary format. A powerful search function can be performed to locate files by content, title or keyword. It can export data to your company's Lotus Notes 5.0 database system. A variety of export file formats are supported, including TXT, HTML, PCX, TIFF, BMP, GIF, and JPEG.
