BizCard 6, a complete contact management solution that lets road warriors and business executives scan, edit and synchronize global business cards to various contact management applications.

The newly redesigned user interface delivers a highly visual and intuitive way to explore, share and present users business cards in an organized workspace. BIzCard 6 interface gives users the ability to manage their business cards by first or last name as well as group by company.

BizCard 6 software follows Microsoft MUI (Multilingual User Interface) design to enable multiple languages of business cards to be displayed in the same user interface. This provides a magnificent ability especially for those users who require multiple languages or dealing with global business networks. This new version also has the option to recognize both sides of business cards and each side of the language can be specified separately.

The new “scan to Outlook” features the BizCard add-in that can be accessed from Microsoft Outlook so all the scanned business cards will be directly transferred to the designated contact folder with its card image attached. In addition, users are able to control and scan their business cards simply by using the BizCard Tool without even launching BizCard or Outlook!

Categorizing contacts can be a fundamental approach to organizing them, especially when business cards are accumulated on a regular basis everywhere. BizCard 6 software provides up to 32 customizable categories for defining each contact and to keep track of them easily.

BizCard 6 has a superior search capability that can display data quickly and efficiently as its typed, so having immediate access and retrieving contacts is just a click away. Presto! BizCard 6 also includes a full-featured printing utility that allows users to print the contact data onto address labels, nametags, ID badges and more. It supports various formats including Avery standard label stickers and also offers ready to use templates as well.
